Greeting the antelope
The height of Mt Kenya
Jumpstarting a horse

Just asked where from
The voice said DC
Is that Washington?

The spirit talks
The mouth gnaws
The heart searches
The eyes locked
Did I see light
Did I see right

The ears tangled
In a web of future
Did I hear right
What was it….
In the secret vault
Of the heart

The promotion
Such a great venture
Several milestones
I jumped the ferry
Swam to safety
As the crocodile
Zigzag danced

That is where I found
The statement in DC
“I guess you are right”

Because, the blue state
The azure tops of the sky
Rummaging my eyes
